These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website operated under the brand name slaworks (“Website”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”) and slaworks.
By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
slaworks reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Any such amendments shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
SECTION 2 – SCOPE OF USE
The Website may be used solely for lawful purposes. The User undertakes not to engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interere with the proper functioning of the Website.
Products purchased from slaworks are intended for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or distribution without prior written consent of slaworks is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products offered on the Website are produced in a workshop environment. Minor variations in size, color, texture, and finish may occur due to the nature of production and shall not be considered a defect.
Product images are representative only. slaworks does not guarantee that colors displayed on the User’s screen will accurately reflect the actual product.
slaworks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price shall be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available on the Website. Orders shall not be deemed accepted until payment is successfully authorized.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
Upon completion of payment, an order confirmation shall be sent to the User. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance but merely acknowledgment of receipt of the order.
slaworks reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
The User may request cancellation provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipment has occurred, cancellation shall not be possible.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Shipping, delivery, return, refund, and exchange procedures are regulated under the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy published on the Website and form an integral part of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Website and its content, including but not limited to designs, images, texts, logos, graphics, and trademarks, belong exclusively to slaworks.
