RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At slaworks, we value quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including personalized or custom-made products, unless the item has a verified production defect.

 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted once per order and are subject to product availability. If the exchange shipment is sent using our contracted shipping partner, the shipping cost will be covered by slaworks. If another shipping provider is used, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as possible by submitting an Exchange & Return Form through our website. When defective items are returned using our contracted shipping partner, return shipping costs will be covered by slaworks.

RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is requested due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For approved defective items sent via our contracted shipping partner, return shipping costs will be covered by slaworks.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
