COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION PRIVACY NOTICE

As slaworks (“Company”), this Privacy Notice has been prepared to fulfill our obligation to inform under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). Within this scope, we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

slaworks, is the data controller within the meaning of the Law.

Your personal data such as name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, marital status and city of residence may be processed for the purposes of conducting advertising, campaign and promotion activities, carrying out marketing processes for products and services, managing customer satisfaction activities, and, provided that you give your explicit consent, sending you promotional and marketing communications via phone call, SMS or e-mail. Your data may also be stored for the period required by applicable legislation.

Your personal data may be shared with our service providers in line with the purposes stated above. For the execution of marketing, advertising and promotional activities, your data may be transferred to service providers located abroad in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad.

Your personal data is collected through forms on our website or through your declarations during transactions at our stores, by automatic or non-automatic means, based on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and/or your explicit consent.

Under the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if your data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of your data when the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred, object to results that are to your detriment arising from analysis of data exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
